Ina trained my husband and me for about four years before she left to join the military. We truly appreciate her; she is an excellent trainer with a wonderful personality who helped us both achieve our goals of increasing stamina, building muscle, and committing to our fitness journey. Before her departure for the military, she provided us with several workout plans targeting total body, upper body, and lower body exercises. Her dedication and passion for fitness were evident in every session, pushing us to new heights we never thought possible. Ina's motivational spirit and personalized approach made each workout enjoyable, even on the toughest days. During COVID we trained in our garage during the hot summer mornings as well as the winter mornings when there was snow on the ground and temperatures in the teens.
