A Sneaky Leak, solved and remedied. I thought it was located in the crawl space. Puddle started to form and Emergency call out was needed. He showed up ASAP (on ETA agreed), took a look under the house and then in the bathroom (where I had checked a few days before (it was dry then). Diagnosed the silent hissing spray against the side wall under the facet in master bathroom cabinet. Gave a great price for emergency call out, purchase, replacement and installation of all parts. Even installed emergency shut offs on the main line under the sink if a leak ever happens again. He was very professional, honest and polite. Didn’t make me feel horrible for not catching it the first time and walked us through the entire process. And cleaned up before he left. He is AMAZING!!! Will definitely recommend, currently have his number saved. And won’t call anyone else for plumbing services. He is CHOICE!!!!
