We had Walls Roofing fix two leaks in our roof - one from a garage gable coming into the main roof and one leaking pipe boot. They replaced all three pipe boots and the gable as well. Wall's attentiveness and responsiveness were excellent.
Shortly after the repair, we noticed a couple of leaks in the pipe boots after an intense storm moved through the area. I called Brad and he immediately came out, fixed the problem, and ensured that no other damage had been done to our house. I would guess that it is uncommon to have a repair not go as planned and still rate the company with five stars. However, I decided to put this in my review because I wanted to emphasize how impressed I was with Walls Roofing's customer service. Like any job, small things can get overlooked. To me, the more important thing is what the company that made the mistake does to fix the problem. And on that count, Walls Roofing was excellent.
You always hear about the friend of a friend who called a contractor that looked reputable, then ended up with a bigger mess than before and a contractor who cashed the check but now can't be found. Walls Roofing is not that company. I would recommend them to a friend and I would happily hire them again to work on my own house.

Walls Roofing was VERY easy to work with and very responsive and informative about what was causing our roof to leak. They were prompt in coming out to our house and completing the work. We would definitely recommend Walls Roofing.

I recently received a visit from Walls Roofing,it was a very satifying experience dealing with a company that promotes honesty,and professionalism. very pleased with the estimate,Mr. walls showed me how to fix my problemat no cost,no ones would have done that,in the future and if I know someone in needs of roof repair i would definaly recommend walls roofing. their honesty and profesionnalism,earned my trust,they show up on time and eager to help me. Walls Roofing was extremely professional. They were on time for the job and despite the ran they contacted me well in advance to change the appointment date. After the date was changed a confirmation call was received later the same day. They are a business that really puts the customer FIRST! All debris from my rood repair was cleaned and removed away. I will recommend this company to family and friends.

Brad and some helpers came out to do some basic maintenance and replace some boots around the pipes on my roof. Communication was quick and informative and the work was done quickly and appears to be of high quality.
