- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is not complicated at all. We do a needs analysis for $500. If we do not believe we can help you we will refund the $500. If we do believe we can help you, we will put together a proposal of what we believe you need. This proposal has a breakdown of hours per component. Given the priorities of the company the customer chooses what they can purchase within their budget. If we do not believe your priorities are accurate, we will likely not pursue the job and will refund your money. We will not work on something that we do not believe will help you achieve your goals. We simply won't take your money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend webinars and seminars regularly and are constantly browsing and reading the latest and greatest developments within the business and across businesses.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
20 plus years of experience working in companies ranging from Start Up to some of the largest companies in the world. We want to take our vast experience not only succeed today but also be prepared for what could be a very uncertain future.
