- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Often it is difficult to give a fixed fee for our services. Until we have had an opportunity to sit and discuss with a potential client and determine what they truly need to give them the best results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet our clients for an initial consultation to determine what services the client needs and how we can be there to assist our clients. We want to make sure our clients receive the best advice at the best price possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff participates in continuing education each year to maintain an exceptional level of knowledge to better provide for our clients.
