Mr. Goubar with Goubar Tile and More did wonderful work with installing tile on our shower/tub and shower only walls. He patiently gave me and my husband plenty of opportunities to help make installation and aesthetic decisions. He was very flexible and accepted our desire to increase what we were asking him to do - repeatedly - whenever we found other needs within our bathrooms and with a newly installed full backsplash in our kitchen. He is very skilled, personable, and caring. His work is very reasonably priced and we are so grateful that we found him on Thumbtack. He reached out to us as soon as we visited Thumbtack and quickly responded to us, even though we took several weeks or even a month to reach back out to him. We wish him the very best today and always.

Simply can't say how thrilled we are with our shower! Mo patiently waited for this project since it began in January. He was responsive to any questions we had in prepping the wall and gathering the right materials for the job. His price was fair and his work/skill was superior! Zero hesitation to call him for the next job...

Great guy does great work takes time and pride responsive to messages and didn’t not have a long wait for him to do the job quick availability I would strongly recommend him I would use him again if we need more tile work.

Me and wife are so pleased with the work done by Mohammad. He was very punctual, professional and project was completed on time. The area was cleaned after work and all the debris was removed. Highly recommend Goubar for all kinds of tile work. I actually asked him to give me an estimate for my bathroom.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t take advantage of my customers. I offer them fair prices. And try to make them save on materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the Contact the customer And getting hired, we agree on a set time where I travel to the his address . If the customer have already the material I check it and see if something is missing that we can get it. After all the necessary material is present. We discuss patterns and design. After we agree on the price and design I show up on the agreed time to start and proceed to finish the job.
