- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t take advantage of my customers. I offer them fair prices. And try to make them save on materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the Contact the customer And getting hired, we agree on a set time where I travel to the his address . If the customer have already the material I check it and see if something is missing that we can get it. After all the necessary material is present. We discuss patterns and design. After we agree on the price and design I show up on the agreed time to start and proceed to finish the job.
