What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on project. I don't like to fit customers in a box. If they want a 5 page site it will certainly be less than a 10 page website. I will make sure you know what you can get for the budget you do have. And I will provide estimates immediately / same day on most projects. Fixed pricing can be found below: Social Media Platform Setup/Optimization: $350 per platform New Web Design (5+ pages or more) $2,000+ Paid Ads Management ($650 per month) * Does not include ad spend Logo Design & Brand Guidelines Package (2 Concepts): $500 + *Depending on the complexity of your request, pricing may vary.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meetings, scope docs and timelines are NECESSARY for a successful project and future relationship. We have a very easy and organized process that our team lives by. It allows us to produce our best work. We take in a lot of detail on your project to ensure success.
