- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The overall average wedding collection investment ranges from $2000 - $6000. This is just an average and every customer is treated as a unique client and no two wedding are the same. The goal is to fit each client with the services and items they would like and need while working within a market conscious investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always offer to connect by phone call initially. I find that customers that are serious about hiring a photographer will appreciate the access. After a successful phone conversation, depending on hte type of job we either schedule an in person meeting to go over details or simply set up a time to shoot. Weddings involve a great deal of details and planning so 2 consultation will be scheduled in total before the wedding. Simple jobs like headshots usually dont involve as many details and simply talking on the phone before hand is sufficient.
