I called this "professional" back on April 14th and he did return my call. He said he would call me at 4:30 p.m. He didn't do that! So I texted on the 15th and talk to the gentleman and he said send them my address and he would come out. I didn't text messaged him my address and he still didn't come out. No communication except for me today April 24th 2020. I texted him and same thing on Thumb website. 100% the people that claim they will do work but don't do it. It's best just to go get somebody who does it for a living and not deal with Thumb. All these people are unreliable and not trustworthy. Never hire anyone from this website you will be disappointed

Very frustrating experience. Hired this team to build my deck and remodel my bathroom. The deck was completed but has issues that they have never been addressed or fixed despite repeated promises that they would do so.
The bathroom remodel was worse. They demo’d the bathroom and then disappeared for months. Every excuse under the sun was used. They ultimately came back to finish up but made a lot of mistakes that have never been fixed. I’ve had to hire someone else to make it right.
And I paid early for all work and was not rewarded with good quality or timely work. A bad experience overall. Please do yourself a favor and use someone else.
