- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first process is finding out exactly what the customer wants, Then I find out if it's a one time job or a regular on a set sceduale, I tell them what I charge and how long i think the job will take, we shake hands and when i get the job completed I get paid. I guess I'm old fashioned or old school, I beleave your word and a hand shake means something .some of my customers pay each time I come out, some pay once a month, some mail me a check, some pay online google wallet,,If their not home when I come out I just leave a bill I'm the mail box telling them they can mail it to me or catch me the next time I come out to mow. Im easy to work with i like things to be stress free and easy.

40 years of On the job training, Ive tried and tested a lot of lawn and garden products, tested what works best and what doesn't.
