I had a few people respond to my thumbtack regarding flooring. Flooring today was by far better value than the others. He went above and beyond to meet our needs he was able go finish our floors in a day! They moved faster than other companies I’ve dealt with and then he went out if his way for us and did a few extra things he was super honest about damages that were found and made sure the blow didn’t hurt too much his son Cameron and him did the entire job in 1 day and they moved super fast. Cameron was super polite and friendly, he moved super fast and efficiently and I honestly don’t think you’ll find a better team. They also have their own flooring to choose from which I will definitely be doing next time.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can complete large projects in one day if neccessary, for a little extra fee. I charge by the sq ft flat rates... and do offer pricing at 100 per hour for repairs. I am very good at estimating! very very good at estimating how long a job will take.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer has materials onsite, and tells me it's ready... 24-48hours later... i show up and stay till finished!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Apprentice for 2 years. partnership for 5 years. Independent 18 years career flooring installer.
