When using Turbo Tax online software for my 2014 return, the resulting outcome showed that I was in debt to the IRS. After having Cindy review my information, she discovered that the software neglected to recognize my eligibility for the Earned Income Credit. I was quite relieved to find out I was entitled to a refund instead.
