FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have found that each of our clients are unique in personality and expectations, so we have to be very adaptable in how we approach our customers. It sounds cliche, but the most common type of jobs we do are ones that exceed their expectations. Every client wants to come home and not only find their home cleaned, but that little thought off tasks have been completed as well (i.e. washing garage windows, or vacuuming mattresses and pillows, or washing out bathroom rinse cups). We strive to make exceptional a common thread in everything we do. That said most of our clients are interested in move-out/in jobs, deep cleans for special occasions, and regular scheduled maintenance. We have even tackled extreme jobs dealing with hording and destructive tenants.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't just compare prices, consider the value of the cleaning package. Some companies charge extra for the things we do in our basic package. Your peace of mind of important, don't take chances giving people access to your home, make sure you hire so team that is bonded and insured, ask for proof of insurance. Your home and property are important, and while any service should exercise the utmost care and consideration for your home and property, accidents happen. And remember that there is no substitution for good references. Don't just ask for them, follow up and actually contact them. Too often, potential clients accept the presentation of references as sufficient.
