- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge 12-20 cent per sq. ft. for waxing carpet cleaning depends on number of rooms, how long it takes to get there, what is needed done, type of stain, and if have pets or not. General cleaning of a 1 story house can start at $60 and go up to a range of different prices depending on what is needed. Window cleaning usually starts at $80.00 and that is for inside and out.

General house cleaning, carpet cleaning (steam clean with truck mount), window washing, pressure washing, deep cleaning, construction clean up, strip and wax floors, water extractions
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Cleaning is hard work and it most definitely a job. Many people do not look at it like that. Many people think it is easy. It also cost quite a bit to keep the business up especially being a small business owner like myself. Most people do not understand in order to do a carpet cleaning, you need gas to get there and gas to fuel the machine, plus the chemical that is put on the floor, the time and work it takes. Many clients do not want to pay a great deal for the service. I always try to give a great deal but sometimes end up cutting into my pocket.
