- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I look at each job on a case by case basis. Every situation is unique and there is no definitive way to cover every project under a blanket price model.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There is a consistant stream of new products and advances coming out. I do my best to stay informed on them. I do not rush to reccomend the latest and greatest invention though. I prefer to allow a product to be field and time tested. While many prove good products. There are some disasters that were widely praised through clever marketing.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do not rely Only on price as a deciding factor when hiring a person. Make sure you are comparing apples to apples when getting estimates. What some contractors consider to be a well done job. I may not feel is Up to par.
