Lane did a full roof replacement, vents, including some damaged decking. They also put in a couple of solar vents, which should lower my cooling bill this summer. Completed on time and did a great job on cleanup afterwards!

Highly recommend Lanes contracting. Ricky was respectful, informative and very easy to work with. His crew was courteous, professional and on time. They replaced my roof, skylights and gutters. Totally changed the look of the house for the better! The quality of workmanship was outstanding. They completed the job quickly and did a great job cleaning up afterword's. Ricky handled our roof, siding and window job expertly and brought special expertise from Shannon in house helping me with all the choices, which I had never navigated before. There was no upselling or hard sales pitch; I hired him after hearing from everyone that Lanes is the best. My house was hit by lightning on August 15. I had so much damage and need heating and air assistance, electrical, plumbing, appliance and roofing help... Quick. It was a devastating event, and my family was stressed by the amount of damage across and throughout the house. Of all the people I called for all services I needed, Lane Contracting INSTANTLY called me back, and first check on my family considering what had just happen. Then talked me through the appointment process, called me the day of the appointment to check on me. During the appointment, they were very thorough in their inspection. I have an older house and they understood the differences between old construction and new construction. They slowly and in great detail, explained to me what needs to happen and fix my roof to solve my roofing issues and the best decision for my home, my money and my family. Not only that, they temporary patched the roof to hold-me-over until the final work could be completed. I was able to schedule a date to get the work done, and they talked me through all the steps that would happen leading up to the big day. Before the arrival of all the supplies, they again reviewed all the details of what would be happening during the project. On the day...the project coordinator arrived, the crew arrived and all checked-up on, not only the progress of the project, but how me and my family were doing through the project. The guys working on the project even check on us throughout the day. We are only through day one of this project, a major project, but I can honestly say that we are getting expert customer service and the attention needed to help guide us through a major home improvement. And I have never felt like anything had been done in a vacuum... EVERYTHING has been explained, and we have been treated with the greatest care and respect.I will say, I am a person that likes to hear the details of what if going to happen, what steps are involved and how to get further information. I never had to call Lane Contracting and pester them for anything. They will hold your hand throughout the entire project from start to finish. It is for these reasons that I can say that you can trust Lane Contracting for service. And trust is a powerful word when it comes to major home projects. You can trust them..... You can depend on them.... You can trust them.Once the project is complete. I will add an update.Complete and the final product is a beautiful roof that I know will serve our family and home well for years to come. I highly recommend Lane Contracting.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lane's Contracting offer Discounts to Veterans and Seniors. We offer a Roof for Troops Program through GAF. We also offer financing through Wells Fargo, however, we pride ourselves in not ever being the most expensive roofer, and because we offer the highest quality and longest lasting materials in the roofing industry, we will also not be the cheapest price you find, but we are fair and affordable and want to make it easiest for you to get protected with a new roof or sidding today.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will reach out to find the best time to meet on-site for a free estimate on your replacement of Roofing, Siding, or Windows. Once Ricky arrives in his White truck with Lane's Contracting wording, he will discuss with you what you are looking to do. Then he will carefully take measurements and then go over all of the Free estimate with you and discuss what your options are. If you decide to go with Lane's Contracting, Ricky will explain the rest of the process, go over your choices of colors, and set up a day that is best to get you a replacement. He will also share with you what to expect during the installation, how long it should take, and even help you with your Insurance claim. We don't sell roofs, we build relationships!
