The owner was very knowledgeable about my bushes or lack thereof in our coastal climate. My irrigation system is top notch and I never have to worry about my yard drying out when I’m not at my beach house which is only occasionally. Appreciative of his willingness to always communicate in a timely manner and looking forward to a lifetime relationship as my go to landscaper!

Chris gave me a quote and we scheduled the service. He kept changing the service date, which was fine as I am flexible. We finally settled on a good day for the service. He told me he’d call me the evening before the service (tree trimming). The tree being trimmed was a time sensitive issue as it was hanging over our roof and we were worried about possible damage. Long story short, I never got a call from him. Tried texting him with no response. A week went by with no word from him and I eventually told him we found someone else… he didn’t even respond to that. VERY unprofessional to just ghost potential customers after scheduling a service, especially ones that never haggled on price or anything. I would’ve happily paid for the service. Luckily, I didn’t pay anything before he went out. Not reliable at all.
