FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is pretty simple I charge $30 for half hour session and $50 for an hour session. The most complicated thing people have to understand that my system is my "five-minute rule". As long as you show up for your session and do five minutes you don't get charged if you want to leave because you don't feel good or your life is just too hectic and crazy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most recently I went to the IDEA personal trainer convention in Alexandria, Virginia. There was a lot of talk about high intensity interval training (HIIT), myofascial release, and some excellent nutritional information.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Many of my clients come to me and they say they want to tone up, firm up, or lose weight. More often than not, I find that that's just the surface issue. Actually, I found that the bottom line is people just want to feel good-some people want less back or shoulder pain, some people just want to feel good when they wake up in the morning. The bottom line is, movement can make you feel better and it can help you lose weight.
