What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You do not need a contract with us although fee is applied when cleaning is needed longer than bi-weekly or monthly plan. Our price will vary depending on how much work is need to be done, as well as how many beds and baths. We also try to make it affordable as possible and fair for the client and the team.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Welcome future new customer! We first will discuss on what cleaning your looking for (standard, deep, recurring, or move-out cleaning) onward you can give us a tour to give you a fair quote and in the end we will arrange our schedules together to get started with the service right away!
