- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very fair. I try my best to work with your budget and will even advise you on how to save money. During the summer and fall my prices may been more reasonable than others because I grow some of my flowers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to give a accurate quote, I like to schedule a free consultation to find out the couple's exact needs and wishes. Then a quote is prepared in writing, once the couple receives the quote then they have ten days in which to decide whether they wish to reserve my services. If they decide to go with Daly Floral Design, a contract is signed and a deposit is due.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken classes at the American Institute of Floral Design. And hands on training at the Floriology Institue in Jacksonsville, FL. I have completed the hand on training for the NC State Florist Association. I hope to test for my certification soon.
