- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because of my experience, I know how to communicate with students, what their challenges are and how to fit their need. I like sharing and teaching from different sources. I use books, dictionaries, electronic files I create, articles and short videos to help my students learn. I also customize the materials for different students depending on their situation to help them reach the best result.
