- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All Heartsaver courses include the certification card and student workbook. Healthcare provider courses (BLS, BLS Renewal, ACLS, PALS) include the certification card only. Course descriptions and pricing to compare classes can be found on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact us to register for a class, we will require your name, course name, number of students, and the location where you plan to hold the class. In order to confirm your class and order your supplies, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remainder of the course cost is collected upon completion of the class.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an active paramedic for North Carolina and a certified Emergency Medical Services (EMS) educator. My educational background includes a Master of Health Sciences with a concentration in Emergency Medical Care focusing on education, training, and research.
