We had a bit of a special request for Isaac, and he replied without hesitation that he would love to prepare a Shrimp Risotto for us. It's something that we are always excited to find on the menu when we dine out, and the idea of enjoying our favorite dish in the comfort of our own home had us very excited. I will say that watching him in action gave me a huge respect for his craft. He started with wedge salads, drizzled with a fresh made blue cheese dressing, prepared from scratch before our eyes....All while we relaxed and enjoyed a glass of wine. The dressing was nothing short of amazing, which further heightened my anticipation for the Risotto to come. When our entrees were plated, our in home 5 star experience was complete. It was on par with the best Risotto I've enjoyed at a select few restaurants, and the portions were hearty enough to allow for our group of 4 to have some leftovers to spare. Isaac was professional, down to earth, and easy to talk to. Most importantly, it was clear that he knows what he's doing and loves to bring joy to others through his culinary skills. A+

Isaac is a very personable and very talented young man. He comes to my home about twice a month and makes meals for my husband and myself. Both of us have health issues and are on special diets of sorts and he can make the dullest of recipes taste like the best gourmet cook/chef made them. with a little wine, some lemon juice, hot sauce and just a dollop of half & half. I tell him what I want he makes the grocery list or he will make a list for you. Some of the items he uses, are most probably in your kitchen already. I recommend him most highly.

I have had the pleasure of experiencing Chef Isaac's cuisine on several occasions. His blend of flavors, presentation, and ability to make the routine extra ordinary is unparalleled. You MUST try his collards! Best anywhere!!

I have had the great pleasure of experiencing Isaac blossom as a chef over the years. My husband and I have hired Isaac for family events, small office parties, to entertain out-of-town guests and to help provide weekly meals from time to time. Isaac is passionate about cooking fresh, from-scratch food that pleases. He has mastered the Southern favorites and pleasantly surprises with the unique, too. We've allowed him to experiment with us and have enjoyed every adventure. It's always a treat to have him cook for us.

I could go on and on about Isaac but all I can say was AWESOME! The food, the presentation, the conversation, the letting me ask questions about what he was doing, everything was perfect. I hired Isaac for a bridal luncheon and everyone loved everything he served. Will definitely use him again.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved to cook, my dad cooked all the time growing up so I was around it a lot. I cooked for my friends a lot in college and decided to keep cooking when I got out.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I would say there isn't a common job, everyone wants something a little different and I provide that for them.
