- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with my clients to the best of my ability to make it as painless as possible. I do offer discounts for packages. No refunds are offered for packages unless it is something wrong with the dog ie death or injury. If you can not commit to 4 classes then pay for class by class. If a refund for a package is appropriate the the classes already attended will be charged at the normal hourly rate and then any left over classes will be refunded. If you have questions about this please ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer evaluations to meet everyone to make sure it’s a good fit. After that all active members of the household need to participate in the training. I do not take your dog and train it. As much training that the dogs need so do the owners.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been training horses and dogs for over 10 years.
