I was overwhelmed and, on a deadline, to list my condo. Although they were already fully booked, Valerie still worked me in to her schedule for an earlier date. Valerie is EXTREAMLY intuitive and quickly learned my personality which enabled her to make accurate decluttering decisions on my behalf (I was overwhelmed and needed to walk away for a bit.) Robert is the sweetest man I have met in a while, and he worked tirelessly as well. He was able to remove the mounted TV off the wall ( a herculean task) , and he packed two full pickup trucks loads to take as donations. I must add, I live in a building, and each load of clutter moved out, had to travel about the length of a football field just to get to the parking lot. It took two decluttering and organizing sessions to compete my entire two-bedroom condo, and I am happy to say, just after 3 days on Zillow, I got an offer!! The absolute best experience my wife and I could hope for. To say we were disorganized and overwhelmed is an understatement. Valerie came in with a calm attitude, a pleasant personality, and a passion for helping us. She is a workhorse. She helped get one room cleaned up and a closet organized in quick order.
