- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices are task based and priced upfront. We are not a time and material company and offer high quality equipment and materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Book a visit with a basic diagnosis. When we visit the home our technician will perform diagnosis of what is the issue and what caused that issue. Once all issue are documented the technician will offer options for the customer to choose the level or repair or replacement to address all issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master plumber with well certification and hundreds of hours in schools for tankless water heaters, pumps and water treatment.
