Konstantin was extremely helpful and responsive. My grandmother was having issues with her pipes, and the toilet and water were leaking. He called immediately and arrived the next day to take care of the issue. He also kept me informed on everything that was going on. I absolutely loved the service and would highly recommend it.

They never showed up for the job! I requested time off work only to sit around the house waiting for someone to show up. I was surprised since the reviews on thumbtack were so positive. I tried to call the number provided- no answer & I was unable to leave a message since the voicemail was not set up. I will not be calling again. Seems like a scam & a waste of time.
