What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with an initial consultation where we learn what you want to achieve and discuss design options, budget, etc. We spend as much time as needed to answer questions before sending you the quote via text or email, although our clients almost always have the cost and design finalized the same day as the consultation! Once the 50% deposit it received, we order materials and lock in your install date. In no time at all, you'll get to enjoy your beautiful landscape and outdoor lighting!
