Made several mistakes in measurements of the property resulting in lower sq footage and therefore lower appraisal of property. Because of this wrong appraisal, I almost cancelled the purchase, but Seller's appraiser pointed out errors. Mr Moore visited the property again and made corrections. Also I had to keep requesting a hardcopy of the report. It has been 2 weeks since the appraisal and I still do not have it.
