- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first let them know who I am and get some information about the event. Get their budget and Find out what they want on the menu. once the details are worked out I Iet them know I'm available if there are any changes to be made or questions to be asked.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently in culinary school and have worked in food service about 8 years of my life and have always been the cook for any family event over the past 14 years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started watching my great grandmother and great aunt cook when I was young. Once I first started cooking for myself I loved it. Then I started cooking for my family and saw how much they enjoyed it and I haven't stopped.
