I am very happy that I decided to go with this company. I needed to have my Samsung refrigerator fixed. I called this company and was able to have a technician come out that evening. He check everything, finaly found the root problem and explaned what he will do to fix it. He also had parts in his van! The technician was super helpful and very professional. This was an easy and stressfree process from start to finish. Thank you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The service charge to come to your location and diagnose your appliance problem is $49.95. Once we determine the problem and the parts needed for your repair, we will provide you with the repair cost. If you choose to proceed with the recommended/needed repairs, we will apply the diagnostic fee towards the final repair cost/invoice. All costs are reasonable and repairs are warranted. Small work (any kind) - $125.00
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The whole process is - we schedule an appointment, come for the diagnostics, determine the issue, provide the cost of the repair and fix the issue!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Engineering (B.S.E.) with major in commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Certified by Mainstream Engineering. EPA certified. Regulator trainings provided by manufacturer.
