JonesCo (KC Jones) has built 2 residences for us over the years, as well as completing several remodels involving major structural changes. He has also helped us out with few smaller projects like new decks, kitchen and bath overhauls etc. Unlike many building contractors today, KC is involved on a daily basis with his subcontractors and clients alike. In our experience he personally makes sure that all details of a job, from materials inspection to overseeing crew work flow and subcontractor staging are carried out efficiently and competently. We have found him to go beyond the norm to ensure that every detail of a given job is completed to the client's satisfaction. He is not only personable and reliable, he is a craftsman in the old world tradition, (a breed on the verge of extinction sadly enough). Excellent value, excellent adherence to schedule. A year ago KC removed a large back deck from our home and replaced it with an IPE hardwood deck. Despite some difficulty obtaining the materials, which were in short supply, he delivered the finished product on schedule. KC is a quality carpenter/remodeler - beautiful work, maintains a clean work area (cleaned up at end of each day). When 2 boards unexpectedly "blew up" a few weeks after completion, he immediately came out and replaced them. KC is a very pleasant person. I highly recommend him.
