- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies per client! Only because some need more one on one time then others! Some only need a diet plan or a workout plan written up and they take off with no one on one time. Some need a diet plan and workout plan and a lot of one on one time. I will give you my 100% and won't give up on you even when you give up on me!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start working with a new customer the MOST important part is getting to know the customer personally! Learning as much as you can about not only their goals for the future but at what activity level they are currently at. You do not want to start someone off with a routine that is going to over exhaust their body to the point of injury. You want to ease them into a healthy life, just like a cold pool. It's one step at a time!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of all my training and experience has come from the military, from physical fitness, to dieting, to self defense and hand to hand combat! After I got out however I did go to college and am currently enrolled in some Nutrition and Dietetics classes that help further my education and experience in the physical training field!
