Our team was let go from a national company that specializes in appliance repair. The team I worked with was amazing, so we decided to start our own business called Jack's and Jill Appliance Rx.
Here is some more information: we charge an $80 diagnostic fee. If a repair is needed, we waive the $80, and our labor starts at $160. If parts are necessary, the total cost will be $160 plus the cost of parts.

On Connie's initial visit, she diagnosed my dishwasher problem, ordered a part, and a week later repaired my dishwasher. I am delighted to have the dishwasher operable again.
On the second visit, Connie also diagnosed the problem with our over-the-range microwave. It has to be replaced. I will have Jack and Jill Appliance Rx install the new one as soon as I get a replacement.
Overall, I am satisfied with Rx and especially delighted with Connie's expertise.

Jack’s and Jill appliance got out to diagnose our dishwasher quickly and were able to make a recommendation of a new dishwasher. Their service call fee was reasonable, they were friendly and professional. I’ll definitely call them again when we need help.

They were phenomenal and installed my dryer no problem, lickety-split even with a stripped screw! They were super nice and they showed up when they said they would show up and their pricing was very fair! Super professional and all around nice crew. I would 100% use them again and I 10 out of 10 recommend!
