Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Why Innovative fitness stands out: "Everything we do challenges the fitness standard. We believe in creating superior wellness. We believe in thinking differently." Innovative fitness develops exercise prescriptions not just any exercise routine. We think outside of the box and by doing so bring forth remarkable services. The greatest aspect of my job is being able to help individuals on a daily basis. Challenging people not only to reach there goals, but to surpass there expectations. Being able to change lives isn't amazing, but an honor, as a health fitness professional.

Nick trained me at a local gym near me and he knows exactly what he is talking about. Nick helped me achieve circuits that strengthen my muscles in areas I never would've thought to work. Nick's service impressed me with his understanding attitude that everyone is different. He also impressed me with his outstanding amount of knowledge in the personal training field. Nick's quality of work was tough but isn't that what you want to improve your fitness & health? I could feel results quickly when training with Nick. My all time favorite thing about Nick is his positive outlook towards helping others.

Nick is an incredible trainer who will help you realize your potential in both health and appearance. He's deeply educated in the exercise science field and a wonderful person to be around. Whatever your fitness endeavors may be, Nick is without a doubt the person to help you reach them.

I started with Nick, as a an out of shape runner. Nick set up a program for me to get me moving and adjusted it initially to accomodate a health issue and the adjusted it again to increase my speed and my endurance. Some trainers make their routines to consistent and they get boring. Not Nick, he is innovative and motivational.

Nick is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable personal trainer. I accepted his invitation to meet for a consultation and initial work out and I knew right away that I would see results training with Nick. As a result of our 12 sessions I have enjoyed increases in my overall strength, endurance, and energy levels. I will complete my first 100 mile bike race in a couple of weeks and I feel prepared, in part, due to training with Nick.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

As a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), I am accountable to an educational standard through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. The National Strength and Conditioning Association mandates so many continuing educations units (CEU) every 3 years for certification. These CEU's are obtained through webinars, on-line testing, conferences, publications, acquiring new certifications and renewing previous certifications.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always been very active in sports my entire life, with that being said, I followed my passion into college and pursued a degree in Exercise Science. After graduation I wanted to stay within the health fitness field, which in turn, lead me to training. My goal is not only to provide outstanding training services to clientele, but to have my own health and wellness studio one day.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I believe all customers need to understand that fitness results do not come quick or easy. Clients need to know that exercise and nutrition are a life style commitment. Alot of people want quick/fast results through fad diets or extreme exercise. Yet, many find themselves back to were they started, months later. The best way to losing weight is not with quick alternatives, but through education and life style changes.
