We add software that you can use and demonstrate the benefits of the software. A personalized experience for our customers is what makes us stand out from others. I love every moment of the work I do for each of my customers, but my favorite moment is the joy my customers get from having their computers back and faster than ever. We have used Rainmeter, an interface program, to customize desktops for our customers to their specifications. The results are phenomenal and my customers are beyond ecstatic.

I have had Devin help me with several types of computer related problems and I highly recommend him. He has solved my problems quickly and accurately, everything from "losing" my printer to a CPU that refused to power up. That one required a new CPU, he got me a good deal and I didn't lose anything.

Devin is always great to deal with and always knows how to fix the problem and has reasonable prices which is great. I really like how he will explain things and run things on the computer for you to help speed your computer and free it from viruses! I will always go here for any problems with my computer or electronic issues!

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a pricing guide as follows: $40 for a tune up and free anti-virus installation, $60 for basic virus removal that takes less than three hours, $80 for advanced virus removal that takes more than three hours. All other pricing is given in store for less common issues. Also, we charge $20 or less for part installations plus the cost of the part.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I make sure to educate myself daily and test many programs each day to keep myself up to date with all current technologies and their prices.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My family got their first computer and weeks later it was acting funny, so I took it upon myself at the age of 13 to repair it. After a few months, I had mastered our home computer maintenance and moved on to making websites for my school. I have been passionate about computers since then.
