- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The majority of our customers require custom work and planning, therefore, we do not offer standard pricing. Each client will have their own specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically schedule a time to speak with the homeowner and take a look at the proposed project. We like to understand the exact needs of each client. We will then prepare and estimate along with any documentation, such as plans etc. Once the scope and cost of the project is agreed upon, we will schedule a date to begin work. Expectations and any change orders will be set forth in writing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner, a former contractor from Raleigh, NC, has been in construction for over 35 yrs and has experience in every aspect of building including engineering and architecture. Our staff is also very experienced and professional.
