I had an excellent experience with this Southern Air. They arrived on time, were professional and courteous, and clearly explained what they were doing throughout the visit. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue and went the extra mile by discovering that part of the repair was covered under warranty, saving me a significant amount of money. The work was done neatly and efficiently, and everything has been running great since. It’s rare to find this level of honesty and quality workmanship these days, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
We had a great experience with Josh! He completed the work we needed and helped us out with some other problems we were having. Will definitely be using him for any future needs!

“If you need Heat pump / AC REPAIR DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL THIS COMPANY. I am so impressed with them! I am a senior citizen F. Last week I had fulford come out because my Heatpump wasn’t working. My son (AC guy who lives in OK) felt like it was the fan. Fulford quoted me almost 1800 stating a fan AND it needed pressure switches, Freon plus. This is after they said it was my thermostat and replaced it for an outrageous price ( taking my old one with them -so who knows?) my son said it couldn’t be the switches if I had air blowing out inside the house - said to contact someone else. Found Southern Air through ‘Nextdoor’. Sure glad I did. Less than half the cost later ( including a yearly maintenance) I have heat and AC. Very prompt VERY PROFESSIONAL. Couldn’t be better. Small company with great ethics.”

Introduce myself as well as tell them a little bit about myself and our business. Ask questions concerning their issue. Explain the problem so anyone can understand. Lastly, get to know the customer; their hobbies, interests, and family.

I have over 9 years of experience in the field. I have EPA certification, Journeyman's licenses, as well as many manufacturers' certifications.
