Ethan was great. He called and said he was about a half hour away and he was here right on time. I so appreciated him coming out when some of the roads still had snow on them.He was very kind very considerate answered all my questions. He took care of the issue with the smoke detectors. The one in our living room had been beeping for two days we have 20 foot ceilings in that room and he so efficiently got the ladder up there and took care of the issueIf I had a need to call again, I would definitely ask for him to be the technician.

Mr. Sparky arrived within an hour and a half of my phone call at 7 oclock this morning. My service man came in was very professional very explanatory. Fix the problem within an hour and Im back to normal. This is a Saturday morning!
