- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I realize that every family and wedding is different, so I'm able to customize any of my packages to work with you. Would love to hear more about what you're looking for!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I explain my style, photography approach, and starting rates, and together we work out a package customized to them. I can also send over sample galleries if the client would like to get an idea of what the finished product looks like. If the client decides to move forward, we both sign a digital contract and I ask for a deposit to secure the date. I am available from then on to answer any questions, work with you and connect before your big day! I love to get to know every couple and family I work with!
