We contacted Precision Home to repair broken glass at our home in Kure Beach. Our first request was responded to within 20-30 minutes and a visit was scheduled to look at the window to be repaired. Parts were ordered and installed quickly and I was kept informed with progress updates throughout the process. I especially appreciated the great communication as I was not at home during any of the upfront discussions or when the repair was done. They sent a pic of the finished work to let me see how it all turned out. Highly recommend!!!

I had a great experience with Precision Home Improvements. I hired them to renovate my condo which included gutting the place and adding in new paint, floor, etc. Great attention to detail, very communicative, fairly priced, and always available to meet to walk us through the updates. Would highly recommend and use again in the future.
