Jeff B was incredibly helpful on educating me on flooring recommendations and was very responsive to my questions. The work was done on a rental property without my presence and other contractors who were also on site said the work was very good. They were incredibly quick in the work also.

I needed advice on some flooring issues regarding water damage from my dishwasher so I could back up my insurance claim. I called on a Tuesday, left a message, got called back right-a-way and Jeff came out to my house on the Friday after. He is professional, courteous and gave me some solid advice on how to move forward. At this point, I will need to dry out my floors more to see if there is any further extended damage, but I will not hesitate to call Footprints Floors of Coastal Carolina if I need actual replacement of the involved floor sections.Potential customers: Do not hesitate and give them a call, I am sure you won't regret it.Thank you Jeff for coming to my house to give me solid advice.

Replaced old carpeting with engineered vinyal waterproof flooring.Jeff came out as scheduled, on time gave quote. After checking out other vendors, went with Footprints.Scheduled install, on time,finished 3 bedrooms in a day.did walk through after finish , crew very professional. Very happy with results!

Jeff and his crew was there when they said they would be. Moved everything and moved all back the way it was when they started. They said maybe 5 days and it was done in 2. We are very satisfied with Footprints flooring. They know what they are doing and do it very well.I highly recommend this group for any flooring job you have.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet the customer at their property to measure and discuss the best flooring choices. We will send an estimate to the customer quickly and competitively.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Install, sand and finish new hardwood and all existing hardwood. Stain new floors and old floors to match. Install new or refinish treads and risers on stairs. Help select and install new tile or vinyl floors. Natural stone and tile installation. Move furniture, appliances and plumbing. Remove/dispose of the existing floor. Remove/return baseboards and furniture.
