We suffered the dreaded dishwasher leak and damage was done before discovery. APR has come through with the best attention to detail. Austin, Aric, and Nick are awesome in managing the removal of furniture and demo for repairs. Our Project Manager, Austin, has been professional and accommodating. Also Ronni with the office staff offers superior customer service. All has gone promptly and on schedule. Should we ever have to go through this agony again, this is the team I would request!!!

Aric and Skylar came out today to assess some damage to my home. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and explained what they were assigned to do. They inspected the damage and clearly explained to me what they found and mitigation strategies to aid in recovery. When they left I felt like I had knowledge to proceed in the process of taking care of and protecting my property and moving forward with newly acquired confidence. Thank you Aric and Skyler.
