- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the type of session, location, group size, and amount of coverage needed. Birth photography, extended family sessions, and events are quoted a little differently because they require more time, planning, or on-call availability. Before anything is booked, I’ll make sure you know exactly what is included and what to expect so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out, I’ll learn a little more about what you’re hoping to capture, who will be included, and whether you’re looking for an in-home session, beach session, or another outdoor location. From there, I’ll help with choosing a date, time, and location, along with any simple planning tips to make the session feel easy. During the session, I’ll guide you when needed, but I also leave room for real moments to unfold naturally. After your session, you’ll receive a fully edited online gallery where you can download, share, and print your images.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with families in all different seasons, from maternity and birth to fresh newborn days at home, growing families, extended family beach sessions, milestones, and updated portraits. A lot of my work is with families who want something natural and meaningful without the session feeling stiff or overly posed. I also photograph birth stories for families who want those first moments documented with care, respect, and a calm presence. I work with local families as well as families visiting the Wilmington and surrounding coastal areas.
