What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project begins with a discovery call where I learn about your business, customers, and goals. From there, I create a strategy tailored to your brand before moving into design, photography, or development. Throughout the project, I provide regular updates, gather feedback, and refine the work until you're confident in the final result. My goal is to create something that's not only beautiful but also helps your business grow.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Digital Arts and have spent over a decade designing websites and user experiences. I specialize in Shopify and e-commerce design, combining UX strategy, branding, product photography, and conversion-focused design to help businesses create premium online experiences. I'm also part of Shopify's Specialization Accelerator, where I continue developing advanced expertise in Shopify design and e-commerce strategy.
