Introduction: Gretchen came to yoga for physical and emotional healing after a 25-year, high-stress career as a university administrator. She found so much joy and peace in the yoga practice that she wanted to share the benefits with others. The practice of Yoga offers many health benefits; increased strength, better balance, more energy...and a decrease in stress, disease and depression.
Gretchen welcomes all ages but she focuses especially on folks age 40 and over. Her classes provide a respite for the body and busy minds of the participants through a series of gentle Hatha flow poses, with attention to individual body alignment and various individualized adaptive methods to fit one and all.
