- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing system. It is $60/hr that may increase depending upon the type of services is needed and required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet the client whether its via Skype, in person or via phone. We will find out what are their needs and their wants. Upon the responses we will determine what is best for them at that moment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
