- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Headshots can be expensive! We want to provide a professional headshot at a steal of a deal price, like that hole-in-the-wall restaurant with great food at awesome prices! :-)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At our initial contact we fully discuss your needs. For events and portraits, we normally don't meet beforehand but can if you'd like to. Payment is due at the event's end by cash, credit card, or PayPal. You'll receive a private gallery link to view and download your images. Unlike most photographers, with us you get ALL your images--edited, in high resolution and print-ready! Weddings are the same except we meet beforehand to discuss all the details of your special day. We require a 50% deposit and will deliver your images when the balance is paid. Usual turnaround times are 7 calendar days for events and 14 for weddings. We always promise what we can deliver.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both of us have taken photography classes, and we stay current with the business and our favorite photogs!
