We believe in honest, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Every project begins with a detailed estimate so you know exactly what to expect before work starts. Pricing varies based on the scope of the project, materials, and labor required. We offer free estimates and work with homeowners to find solutions that fit their budget without compromising quality. Discounts may be available for veterans, first responders, seniors, and customers combining multiple services—just ask during your consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, transparent, and hands-on. It starts with a phone call or message to discuss your project and schedule a free on-site estimate. One of the two owners will meet with you, assess the work, answer your questions, and provide a detailed written estimate. Once you're ready to move forward, we'll review the project timeline, materials, and expectations so everyone is on the same page. Throughout the project, you'll communicate directly with one of the owners—not a project manager or someone you've never met. We keep you informed every step of the way, maintain a clean and organized job site, and complete a final walkthrough with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations before considering the job complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a licensed North Carolina Limited Residential Contractor, we have the training and knowledge required to complete residential construction projects safely, professionally, and in compliance with state building codes. Our experience comes from years of hands-on work across all phases of residential construction, including roofing, framing, drywall, remodeling, home additions, and new home construction. We stay up to date on current building practices, code requirements, and industry standards to ensure every project is completed with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. As a father-and-son team, we combine practical experience, strong work ethic, and direct owner involvement on every job to deliver results our customers can trust.
