I had a visit for a quote, Jeff came by and took a look at it. He was really professional and courteous, a nice gentleman to talk to. Since I just had a small fix, he offered to do it himself and my fix was taken care of in 15 minutes. Will definitely rehire.

When the customer contacts us, we set an appointment with our specialist and inspect the issue for free. After the visit, the client receives a link with all the pictures, the inspection results, and the estimate. After the contract is signed, our project manager starts the steps to build the project.
